- Iso Lite: another, less energy efficient, cover for down-lights.
- Super Light: Australian distributor for LED replacement bulbs for halogen lights.
- Environment Shop: online shop for LEDs and other electrical products.
- Hills Solar: you know the hoist, now you can get the latest evacuated tube solar hot water from this Australian icon.
- Apricus: reputable supplier of evacuated tube solar hot water.
- Eco Smart claims to sell the quietest heat pump on the market.
- Stiebel Eltron: imports a heat pump which can be installed in an enclosed room of >13m³ - one option to replace your electric hws in a garage. You can see these at Eco-Options in the Ballina Industrial Estate (ph 6686 8887).
- Solar Venti: get the air moving without using power - a good option for under floor ventilation, etc.. Also available at Eco-Options in Ballina.
- Smart Breeze: these solar vents, to extract heat from a roof space, were recommended by another assessor!

If you cannot install outside window shading (awnings, plantings, etc.) then you should consider reflective foil installed on the glass to keep the heat of westerly sun out.

- Movable Aluminium Shutters: great for privacy, but also good for shading - this is a Gold Coast manufacturer.
